I built Elitenics from the ground up—starting with shaping the initial concept and designing the UX/UI, through to development, testing, and launching the app, while also developing the overall business strategy.
As the project gained traction, I expanded the team. Since launch, we’ve iterated continuously based on user feedback and business insights, evolving Elitenics into a scalable and sustainable business.
